It is important that we consider our physical wellbeing, emotional wellbeing mental wellbeing, spiritual wellbeing and social wellbeing, if we are to achieve a healthy lifestyle. The Dietary guidelines for children, (National Health and Medical Research Council) provides great recommendations for young children to achieve a healthy lifestyle.

Active Lifestyle
Physical activity is necessary to end childhood obesity, it is recommended that children engage in 60 minutes of physical activity each day. Physical activity also has many social benefits for children, organized sports and games provide the opportunity for kids to interact with their peers and engage in friendly competition.
